Natalia Aiza: Living with OCD

In This Episode:

Drops October 26 2026

Anxiety and intrusive thoughts can be incredibly powerful, especially when we don’t understand why our minds keep returning to the same fears, images, or thoughts. But what happens when we learn to change our relationship with those thoughts rather than constantly fighting them? Natalia Aiza talks about anxiety, OCD, trauma, and the tools that can help us move toward healing. Natalia is a Harvard-trained therapist specializing in anxiety and OCD, and her own experience with OCD ultimately led her to a career helping others. Her new book, Self-Guided EMDR Workbook, brings EMDR tools to a wider audience while also exploring the important question of when self-guided work can—and cannot—be appropriate.
